1. Notice

ThinBlimp does not accept wagers and is not a gambling operator. We provide analytics on publicly quoted markets and odds.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction for any venue you use, and it is your responsibility to confirm that trading or wagering is lawful where you are. Requirements differ: federally regulated prediction-market exchanges generally require you to be 18 or older, while state-licensed sportsbooks generally require 21 or older.

Some venues whose prices we show do not accept customers in every country or state — some do not accept customers in the United States at all. Showing a venue's price is not a statement that you may trade there.

2. Risk

Trading prediction-market contracts and placing sports wagers involve a substantial risk of loss. Most participants lose money over time. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose, and do not treat any figure on this site as a promise of profit.

4. What we do not do

We do not offer self-exclusion, deposit limits, or cooling-off periods, because we hold no funds and accept no wagers — those tools exist at the venue, and regulated venues generally offer them. If you need to exclude yourself, do so at the venue directly.
