A. Not financial, investment, or betting advice

Nothing on ThinBlimp is financial, investment, tax, legal, or betting advice. ThinBlimp is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or licensed financial professional, and nothing in the Service should be construed as a recommendation to enter into, hold, or exit any position, contract, or wager.

All prices, probabilities, edge percentages, fair values, arbitrage figures and analytics are informational and derived. They are our own calculations applied to third-party data, produced automatically and without human review. Any decision you make using them is yours alone.

B. No accuracy guarantee

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." ThinBlimp makes no representation or warranty that any price, odds figure, probability, edge, fair value, arbitrage calculation, position value, or analytic displayed is accurate, current, complete, or free from error.

You acknowledge specifically that:

1. Prices we display may be stale. Data reaches us through third-party feeds that can lag, disconnect, suspend a market, or return incorrect values, and we may continue displaying the last value we received.
2. Derived figures can be wrong even when their inputs are right — for example where two prices captured at different moments are compared, or where an outcome has been matched to the wrong market or the wrong side.
3. Arbitrage and edge figures are theoretical. They do not account for execution risk, slippage, partial fills, order-book depth, market suspension, withdrawal limits, position limits, account restrictions, or a venue voiding a trade. A displayed "guaranteed" return is a statement about two numbers on a screen, not a promise about a transaction you can actually complete.
4. Fees and taxes are not fully modelled. Where a fee-adjusted figure is shown, it reflects our understanding of a venue's published schedule at a point in time and may be out of date or incomplete.

You must verify any price at the venue itself before acting on it.

C. Assumption of risk

Trading prediction-market contracts and placing sports wagers involve substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, for complying with the rules of any venue you use, and for the legality of your activity in your jurisdiction. You should not place any position on the basis of a figure displayed by the Service without independently confirming it at the venue.

D. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinBlimp and its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost trading opportunity, trading losses, or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of or reliance on the Service — whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Aggregate cap. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.

E. Third-party venues

ThinBlimp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any exchange, sportsbook, league, team, or data provider whose information appears on the Service. Venue names and marks are the property of their owners and are used to identify the source of information. We do not control those venues, we are not a party to your relationship with them, and we are not responsible for their data, availability, decisions, settlements, or conduct.
