1. We do not accept wagers

ThinBlimp does not accept wagers. We are an analytics and information service. We do not operate a sportsbook, an exchange, or a brokerage; we do not accept, place, broker or settle any bet, trade or contract; and we never hold customer funds.

Where we can, a price we display links to the venue that quoted it (for a sportsbook, usually its league page rather than a specific bet). Any transaction you enter is between you and that venue, on their terms, and we are not a party to it.

2. No affiliation

ThinBlimp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any exchange, sportsbook, league, team, or data provider whose information appears on ThinBlimp. Their names and marks are used solely to identify the source of information and remain the property of their owners.

3. Affiliate revenue — none today

We currently receive no affiliate commission, referral fee, revenue share or other compensation from any venue. Outbound links are unpaid and carry no referral or tracking parameters, and the order in which venues appear reflects our own analysis, not payment. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it does.

4. Your responsibility at the venue

You are responsible for complying with the rules of any venue you use, for the legality of your activity where you are, and for confirming any price at the venue itself before acting on it. Venues may suspend markets, void trades, restrict accounts or settle contrary to your expectation, and none of that is within our control.
