Subscription and Billing Terms

These terms form part of our Terms of Service and apply the moment you subscribe to a paid plan.

1. Plans

A free tier exists permanently. It is not a trial and does not expire. Current prices are always shown on the pricing page before you pay.

2. Auto-renewal

Your subscription renews automatically. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, we will charge your payment method again for another period at the then-current price, and your subscription will continue.

• Monthly plans renew every month on the same date.
• Annual plans renew every twelve months on the same date, and we will send a reminder before an annual renewal.
• You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel from your account at any time, in the same place you subscribed, without contacting us and without explaining why. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal and does not shorten the period you have paid for.

4. Refunds

• Monthly: we do not generally refund a period already begun, but you keep access for the remainder of it.
• Annual: if you cancel within 14 days of an annual charge and have not used the service materially in that period, contact us and we will refund it.
• Always: if we charge you in error, or the service is unavailable for an extended period, we will make it right.

5. Failed payment

If a charge fails, your access continues briefly while the payment method is retried, so that an expired card does not immediately cut off a paying customer. If it is not resolved, the subscription lapses to the Free plan. We do not pursue collection and there is nothing to owe — you simply return to Free.

6. Price changes

If we raise the price, your existing subscription keeps the price you signed up at for as long as it remains active and uncancelled. We will give notice before any change that would affect you, and you may cancel rather than accept it.

7. What a subscription buys

A subscription buys access to software and analysis. It does not buy advice, a result, or any promise of profit, and nothing about your subscription changes the risk of any position you take. See our Disclaimers.

8. Taxes

Prices exclude any applicable sales or use tax, which will be added where required.
